Disposition 3. Gratitude and sharing to all beings.
It is gratitude that enables one to share. If you are grateful for what you have received then you are glad to share it because you don’t so much think of what you have as yours by right, but rather as yours by grace. When you think in terms of having what you have by grace, no matter how hard you may have worked to achieve and no matter how much you have achieved, then you have the attitude reflected in the first beatitude of Mathew 5.
“Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs in the kingdom of heaven.”
Who are the poor in spirit? They are those who know that all good things come from God. I Am The Source of all that is. All that is from Me is good. If you see something as bad it is either not from Me and therefore illusory or it is from Me and you have a mistaken identity about it. Both points of view result in deception and so having the right view is very important because it results in possession of the kingdom of heaven. Being poor in spirit is the prerequisite for the right point of view.
It is the eating of the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil that causes you to set yourself up as judge and so surely then adopt a mistaken point of view. As judge you attempt to be self-reliant and you take pride in your assessment of the truth, of what is bad and what is good. You hoard what you think is good and abhor and avoid what you think is bad. You inevitably fall from heaven’s grace because you are unable to see the oneness of creation; the good in the bad and the bad in the good. All things are relative according to their placement and the level of development of the one who is judging the difference. So it is that pride and possession always and surely predict the falling away from and loss of what one thought he had.
Being poor-in-spirit means knowing that all belongs to God regardless of appearances. If it is real at all it belongs to Me. You claim nothing for yourself, not even your form – your body; let alone your clothes, your house, your land, your country, your world. All belong to Me, though they are not what I Am. You are what I Am and You are all who are like Yourself and all who are not, for so it is that I Am. Is this a confusing statement? You must have eyes that see, intuitional understanding not wrought of reason alone. Remember that reason is for sorting out experience and experience goes beyond the five senses of form and the sixth sense of mind. Intuition, direct cognition, understanding without mental processing is available to the poor in spirit for they know that all that is, is from God alone and not from a man’s ability to reason, though reason has its role.
This is the understanding of the Buddha. “Non-doing” is the expression of this beatitude, this blessed state of bliss. It is the expression of knowing that even your action (or even your reason) does not belong to you. All claims formerly made by you to being a separate entity from Me are relinquished in the desire to be one in consciousness with Me, Aum, Amen. This is what it is to be poor in spirit.
“Poor in spirit” does not necessarily mean being homeless and naked without possession in form. It means having this attitude in spirit toward everything. It is knowing that You are not the form and so ceasing to identify with the form or anything that the form claims as a possession. It is a spirit of complete acceptance of all that is, a complete detachment from trying to make anything happen of your own accord so that you are completely available to Me, your true Self, to work through the form that you, here-to-for, have mistaken for yourself. Therefore is the necessity to practice being poor in spirit.
Therefore the commandment “Thou shall not steel”. To steel is the antithesis of being poor in spirit, knowing all belongs to Me. A good place to practice not steeling is while you drive. You are in the habit of steeling time by speeding, steeling lanes without signaling, steeling distance by cutting corners. How can you be poor in spirit while doing these small things? These driving habits are evidence of what you overlook throughout your life. Steeling opportunities for new experiences from your children because it is faster to do a task yourself is just one instance. If you will not practice in the small things, how can you expect to establish this disposition for when the big choices in life are in front of you?
Piety is what is called for and is needed for being poor in spirit. To make a show of piety, however, accomplishes only the opposite. The show makes piety into a personal possession. Thus Jesus said “Do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing”. Do not put on a show outwardly, nor inwardly in your heart, regarding whatever good works are accomplished through your form. You, Will, listen. You have quite a show with the Magic Tree and this website. How do you regard it in your heart? Is it a testament to your good works or to Mine? Keep your focus on Me and you are free of entrapment.
Gratitude and sharing are the natural outcome – the natural disposition – the power of self control, of one who has chosen the path of abstention from theft – the path of non-doing – of knowing that all belongs to God – of claiming nothing for one’s self – the attitude and blessedness of the poor in spirit.
It is the path of justice for all, for when all belongs to God, all are equal in My Sight, all are justified by My Grace, all are given freely what they need; to not only survive but to thrive. You are a vehicle for My Grace and My Goodness. If I Am to use you, you must be poor in spirit so that gratitude and sharing become your trademark, the trademark of the kingdom of heaven – your birthright.

I do not feel capable of writing regarding the forth disposition: Disposition 4. Complete self control of the form; in mind, emotion and body. I so clearly do not possess such self control. This disposition appears to be the most difficult of the five to acquire.
Who’s supposed to be doing the writing anyway? You are identifying with your form. If you would identify with Me you would not feel as you do about your worthiness. Be still. Let Me do the work. Receive My Divine Impulse. You need simply take notes regarding what you hear from Me, but you must still your restlessness and misgivings.
The form is whatever you will make of it, but to be in charge of it you must cease your identification with it. This is a most difficult task, yet so simple a thing to do, so simple a method: Be still. Know God.
This is only a difficult task because of the inertia of the fall from grace brought on by the self judgment, that is brought on by the self awareness, that is brought on by freely eating the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil – the knowledge of duality, as opposed to the wisdom of oneness. It is a natural consequence, not a punishment. You are no less worthy of My Grace. It is still and forever freely offered for your acceptance.
You have fallen into self awareness which makes you sense separation not only from Me but from everything. The sense of separation comes inevitably with self awareness. It cannot be avoided in the initial experience. All who would know Me experientially must take this plunge. I Placed in your midst the serpent of energy to inform you of your free will choice; that of to eat the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil, that though it give you knowledge of all duality, to receive such knowledge you must surely die, temporarily (by becoming temporal), to heaven’s (eternity’s) grace. Those who do not eat of it are angels and they know no evil, no separation, no time, only the eternal now, but they also know no differentiated experiential Self. Your task is to forge the way to full and complete awareness of oneness with Me while remaining Self aware, thus surpassing the angels and truly being not only like God but one with Me. You can do this. I hold out My Hand. Take hold. I invite You. For this purpose I made You in My image. Be still. I Am With You. Know Me. Know I AM. AUM.

Disposition 4. Complete self control of the form in mind, emotion and body.
This is the Holy Grail, for you are quite literally that divine cup. Take it in hand and hold it forth to be filled with My Living Water, My Wine of everlasting life, My Blood that pulses in My Veins and is powered by My Heart.
How can you hold My Divine Life Blood if your cup is full of holes like a sieve? I pour My Self into you but you are incontinent and cannot hold Me. You let Me leak out because your attention is elsewhere.
When your attention is drawn away by nervous drumming of the fingers on the desk My Energy drains from you.
When you allow yourself to idly and uncreatively use foul language to express emotion and surprise My Energy is laid to waste.
When you give in to anger, resentment and offense; jealousy, envy and greed you spend My Energy negatively without replenishing it and the body, emotion and mind become ill and eventually die.
When you do not control your appetite, eating all manner of poor foods and too much of good food, My Energy is made to be preoccupied with processing and eliminating adnauseam.
When you waste your self on the fleeting pleasures and entertainments that the form constantly prances in front of your unguarded attention you constantly flit from one to another never satisfied but for a moment and all the time increasingly weakened from letting all My Energy escape your vessel.
Guard jealously the seed of life within you, be you in male or female form. The form’s natural processes are of the animal kingdom. Leave them be. You are of My kingdom, that of the Spirit. Mine is an eternal kingdom, but if you would realize it for yourself, you must make yourself over into the Holy Grail so that you can hold the Living Water which I freely and always pour out upon you.
You must make yourself immaculate. Does this seem like a tall order? You actually can be nothing else. You are an immaculate conception. It is your birth right to be so. To claim it, all that is needed is to draw your attention to it and so away from all that is not perfect and in form. Then you are immaculately born again in spirit and all that is in form is understood to be merely a projection of the light of spirit.
In truth all human conception will be performed divinely and be immaculate, the process of impregnation being infinitely more satisfying than the bodily, animal process assumed today.
The Old Testament commandment “You shall not commit adultery” was the teaching for that time and, taken literally, is interpreted as no sex outside of marriage. The New Testament records that Jesus taught that even if you imagine sex with another, or desire another in your heart, you have broken this law of life.
Today it is advisable to keep in mind that the 10 Commandments are in-a-nutshell statements that symbolize much broader laws of life that are not at all arbitrary, but rather, simply understandings of how life works. “Not committing adultery” covers all forms of incontinence, all activity that wastes energy, that allows My Energy to drain away from you which results in making you impotent, in effectual, dysfunctional, weak, ill, diseased, dead.
You must be able to hold Your water, My Living Water, and become the Holy Grail. Your long search for the Grail ends in the discovery that you are it. You can only find this out by putting an end to your incontinence, your adulteration of everything under the sun. You must become unadulterated, perfect, even as your Heavenly Father is perfect.
How shall you ever attain such a state? “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.” This teaching that Jesus gave is the answer to this question. We have already talked thoroughly of how You are not actually the form. While you experience yourself in form however, if you will assume the humble attitude of realization that the form you experience as yourself is of no ultimate consequence, you liberate yourself from the persuasions of form to the contrary.
(Thus it is that the meek stay married for they recognize the value of working through the difficulties of a committed relationship. The meek understand the rewards of putting one’s self aside in order to put the other and others, when there are children, first. The meek understand that the form that looks like husband or wife is only that and is not the real self. Therefore they can takes themselves and their role lightly and avoid being dissatisfied for their satisfaction lies in knowing Me.)
The humility seals the holes in your cup and you begin to fill with My Life Force instead of allowing it to leak out. You fill with life and wellbeing and as you share your cache with others I pour more in. You find that you cannot contain all that I Pour in to My Holy Grail and it overflows and spills all over the place transforming the world around you. You have and live life abundantly ever on the increase (not necessarily realized in material goods and money!) and so inherit the earth while those, who in hubris and egotistical aggrandizement (often in the form of material goods and money!) criticize, laugh, advertise, step all over each other in the effort to get ahead. They seek power and riches and fight and kill. As nations they make war and seek hegemony like the evil villain who would rule the world. As corporations they seek to monopolize and crush the competition. As religions they seek to be the only true faith. As individuals they seek to get the most out of life in form no matter the cost to others. All unwittingly waste My Divine Energy, find them selves bereft of life and energy and know only loss. In the end they wish for death and curse the living, they are so sickened from their own tactics and lack of insight, for they have taken life in form at face value only and deceived themselves into thinking there is nothing more.
This is simply the way life works. It is not crime and punishment. The 10 Commandments are not like human law to be posted about and to call people out on who have made a transgression. The 10 Commandments are God’s law, the Law of Life. They are to be held in the heart, contemplated, and used to make over the self for use in spirit thereby granting eternal life to those who so take them to heart. Try to hold others accountable to them and you cease to be meek and have already broken the law.
Do you understand? My kingdom is not in form life. It is in spirit. You are in form life that you might better understand through the slowed down vibration the ins and outs of how life (spirit/energy) works. When you understand you will demonstrate in form (matter) My Divine Kingdom and Heaven will reign on Earth. It is not up to you to make anyone else obey My Law. You break it as soon as you try. Each must hold to the Law themselves because they have discovered that this is the way life works. Encourage each other in this, but avoid judgment and condemnation, thus avoiding hubris, incontinence, and adulteration and you will find that you have adopted the disposition of complete self control of the form in mind, emotion and body.

Disposition 5. Complete satisfaction with the forms given you to work with.
Love’s in everything. Life’s in everything. I Am in everything. You Are in everything. All that you know, all that you do not know, rests within You as I Am.
Therefore be content, be at peace, be comforted, be blessed. You are whole regardless of outer appearances. You might be missing an arm or a leg or perhaps your motor function due to some disease, or some brain function due to stroke or what have you, but You Are Whole non-the-less. Be satisfied for I Am With You.
The perfect portion of love, goodness, and beauty are laid before you to recognize, enjoy and make use of. What shall you do with it? Make good of it, appreciate it, be thankful for your circumstance and enjoy seeing the good fruits that come forth from its tree when you give it your attention. No matter how dire things may seem on the outside, when you place your attention on Me in all things, I, your Divine Self, will make a world of good come from it. I Am Life, I Am Pure Creativity, I Am God and I Am Good. Do not be fooled by form but place your awareness upon Me and find that I Am Grace and I naturally turn all form to express My Purpose, My Goodness.
You are My Agent in form, and so being, you must align yourself, your form, your self image, (which is not your real self) with Me, your true Self. You must do this or be stuck in the illusion that you are the form and so are subject to its apparent limitations and also subject to whatever negativity that appears to come from outside your individualization.
You may only be completely satisfied with the forms given you to work with by alignment with Me, your true Self, for it is by realization that I Am with you in all things that you are able to recognize My Love in all things. Do this and watch your capacity to create, to share, to heal, grow and grow. I tell you there will be no end to what you may accomplish when you know your Self as I Am.
Take care not to be like those who hear words like these and then act them out in pompous display of public prayer or charity for the sake of their own ego’s aggrandizement or the promotion of business interests, advertisement and the like. These words must be taken to the heart. For that purpose Jesus suggested a prayer known as the Lord’s Prayer. Witness how this prayer is used. It has great potency when said with earnest hold on the meaning of the words but serves only illusion when said by rote without thinking. Today, The Teacher, Maitreya, My Self in form, has given The Great Invocation. It is the same with this prayer. Guard that it not share the same fate in your heart as that of the Lord’s Prayer for so many.
It is desire for what you do not have that brought you into form to begin with. You ate of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, realized you were naked – had no form, and so were drawn out of the Garden of Eden into form that you might know the lessons of good and evil. There in form, ultimately illusory though it is, you suffer the fear of loss and the ache and pain of fear and the desire to have a more comfortable body and forms around you, dead to Me, dead to your true Self. My Life is eternal however, and so your true Self lives on, yet you do not recognize Your Own Reflection.
In Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol the character Scrooge illustrates perfectly your predicament. Lost in avarice and so blind to all the good and love that abounds around him he is on his death bed, but angels come in the night and minister to him and he recognizes how blind he has been and adopts this 5th disposition of being satisfied with what he has, his form and the forms that surround him. He mourns the loss of finer things that his greed has brought about and all the other dispositions are suddenly made easy to adopt and so morning dawns upon him and in all his remaining days he goes about making the most of what he has, not by clinging to it greedily and in fear of loss as he did before but by sharing generously and so healing, beautifying, making square and honest his dealings and mistakes, and in full control of himself – though he appeared to many (those still lost in form) that he had quite lost his wits.
Jesus taught in the Sermon on the Mount “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” Those who mourn are blessed because those who mourn have had their eyes opened to the truth of My Presence and the Love of My Heart in all things and so they see all the needless sorrow in the world and are stricken with deep sadness for what men have brought upon themselves. Mourning is your natural response when realization reveals the mistakes of the past, the present, and their possible repercussions in the future. Comfort comes in the form of awareness of My Presence in all things which means that good things are happening right now for those with their eyes open to My Presence. Can you have your eyes open and closed at the same time? If you interpret that something bad is happening and that therefore I Am not present in the situation, then your eyes are closed. Open them. Be comforted and satisfied that I Am present always and in all things, all situations, and be empowered to see My Purpose and share My Good from whatever means you have at hand. Do this and you will find that My Capacity is great indeed.
Therefore do not covet your neighbor’s wife or husband. One, a spouse is not a possession, but rather a relationship. Two, neither shall you covet a relationship, for I Am in all relationships and may be found in each one where the eyes have been opened. Also, covet not any possession of form that your neighbor may have for this is what binds you in life to death and as long as you seek to possess anything at all you shall surely die. Understand that all that is Mine is Yours. You need seek not for anything, for all is given freely unto you even as a loving father or mother would give all that they have to there offspring. Why then would you desire this device or that relationship? Be satisfied with the form, the possessions, the relationships, and the situations that you find yourself in.
This will lead to non-doing and non-being which are euphemisms for allowing Me, your true Self, to do and be through the form which you formerly mistook for yourself. Do not make the mistake of confusing this state of being with that of the self-satisfied (instead of Self Satisfied), unmotivated and lazy. It is not that, though it can sometimes appear that way to those caught in the snag of form. It is rather a state of optimism, joy and an insatiable desire and power to express My Love, My Purpose and My Goodness in every endeavor for this is what is wholly satisfying and liberating.
Do you see the contradiction in terms between insatiable and satisfying?
Walk the razor’s edge! I dare you not to get cut!
(Only the form can be cut. So mourn and be comforted My Blessed One and give it another go, and another and another…)

I see that these five great dispositions are aligned with five of the Ten Commandments. Why are there not ten dispositions to adopt?
Ah! You’ve been paying attention. There is much contained in the Ten Commandments. Do not be fooled by their simple terms. They are symbolic and have depth of meaning well beyond what you type on the page (or have etched in stone). They, alike with much of the Law and the Profits, have been fundamentally misunderstood by being taken too literally with too little attention to their filling out as spiritual disposition and orientation for one who is fundamentally spirit while having an experience of form.
All the Law and the Profits’ teaching boil down into one fundamental commandment for one who would know God, one who would know Me: know thy Self. This is the aim and purpose of assuming the five dispositions. Adopt them or forever remain in ignorance about your Self. As spirit in form, as God in incarnation, You have absolute free will and can do as you like. By free will You entered into form well knowing that You would be lost to Your Self, Me, for a time because of Your total immersion in the world of form. It is by free will that you remain lost and by free will that you may liberate your Self, Me, from this dramatic endeavor and know your Self, Me, God, I Am, once again.
You have absolute free will but are lost in the delusion that you do not and so I send My Emissaries, My Teachers, My Prophets, My Word, to you over and over, knowing that at some point you will be ready to receive what is Yours already and free your Self from form and re-enter My Garden in spirit knowing full well the realm of good and evil yet free of its illusion, glamour and entrapment.
On that day We Will Rejoice, Dance Together and Sing.
And that day will not end.
And You may come and go from My Garden as You Like, entering back into form to help Your Siblings who still struggle to be liberated.
And though You Enter into form Your Day will not end.
And You may embark on all manner of new endeavors of your choosing for I Have many mansions.
And You May Create new avenues and opportunities that will further Your, My, Awareness in realms not yet explored, for You have not yet created them.
And You Will Know no end to My Goodness.
This is My Promise to you. Over the rainbow you have gone and shall one day find that all that is needed to take you home is a simple click of the heals (know thy Self). And when you’ve been home for a time You, I, Will venture out over the rainbow again for the shear joy of adventure beyond what is experientially known.
There is indeed a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, but most have not yet found it for they look for it in form when actually It is I, your true Self. (How strange to look in form at the end of something so ephemeral as a rainbow!)
In addition to the essential five dispositions that are required to be adopted for liberation from form are five orientations that need to be explored and assumed before any real progress can be made toward that end.
Orientation defined: the direction in which someone’s thoughts, interests, or tendencies lie.
Orientation 1. Toward purity and clarity.
Orientation 2. Appreciation for and contentment with what is.
Orientation 3. Intense inclination toward spiritual awareness and value.
Orientation 4. Spiritual interpretation of all things physical.
Orientation 5. Devotion to I Am, The Love in everything.
The five dispositions are about the liberty and power to control one’s self so that what is sought after may be achieved. They are the Right Action that Gautama Buddha spoke of in his Eight Fold Path.
The five orientations concern aiming yourself in the right direction that you may uncover the truth of Who and what You are and so know your Self – I Am. The five orientations represent the Right Livelihood fold of the Eight Fold Path.
May your aim be true. Hold your attention upon Me (orientation 5) in all things (orientation 4) with all intensity (orientation 3) regarding whatever is before you (orientation 2) without any ulterior motives (orientation 1) and click, click, click, your aim is true and you are home. Is this a tall order? (Close your eyes.) By this method is the way to Me made plain. Stick to it and it will become second nature. You will find your way to Me.
There are additional methods that will further fill out My Way for you to find Me Home and I will give them some elucidation in time, but it is your orientation that will open you up to further elucidation and it is your disposition that prepares you for the proper orientation. These are given first that you may put them into practice right away, for without them the other methods would be impotent or disastrous. Prepare yourself then, by disposing and orienting yourself to My Method by adopting these dispositions and assuming these orientations

Orientation 1. Toward purity and clarity.
How are we to be pure when living life as a normal person gets us so dirty? What I mean is life is messy. Things often don’t go the way you think they will. Monkey wrenches get thrown in the works and there you are monkeying around with things not intended. I get distracted and confused about what’s important and what I should be spending my energy on. How much time do I devote to earning a living, making money, acquiring the things that the average family enjoys? How much time do I spend with my family doing the things that we enjoy, entertaining ourselves, taking walks, having talks? What time is left for the consideration of adopting these dispositions and orientations? Life is messy and confusing especially when it comes to spiritual matters. Life in form has such momentum. To consider spiritual matters is to swim against a strong current and I feel weak in the face of such force. How can I be pure and have clarity about spiritual things when form life is pouring over me all the time like Niagra Falls?

Life Is Spirit. The momentum of life in form is the momentum of spirit taking form for the purpose of expression in terms that make everything perfectly clear with sharp contrasts between black and white, good and bad, hot and cold, right and wrong, joy and sorrow, light and dark, spirit and form, love and indifference, purity and taintedness, clarity and confusion. This is the knowledge of good and evil that you seek as you eat of this fruit called form.
If you would be pure and have clarity of perception then stand in the light of life, the light of love, the light of spirit. How does one stand in that light? Meditation upon it places you in its midst. Or, more correctly speaking – places your awareness in Its midst, My Midst – for in reality this is where you stand always, you are merely unaware of it. This is why the answer is so simple. You are where you need to be. You are right here, right now with Me, your true Self, you are merely unaware of it. This is why meditation is the simple answer. It is the path to awareness of your true status. When you combine meditation with service – doing good things for others, your true standing is doubly reinforced in your awareness. Simple.
Service purifies like nothing else can. When you seek your own satisfaction through form by acquiring, achieving and experiencing, it leads to the dirty feelings of frustration, pain and suffering. Yes there are brief moments of satisfaction and the ego may feel for a time a sense of power, but there is no lasting joy and only sorrow in the end because you are full of your self as form which has no lasting value and rots and decays. It is defiling and painful when this is what you have attached yourself to.
Service aimed at helping others enjoy life by bettering their circumstances and so allowing them the room in consciousness to become aware of Me on their own, clears away such defilement and allows for you as well to have such space in your own consciousness to better understand My Ways.
Egocentric, self serving activity constricts My Flow of energy (from your point of view in limited awareness) to just one individual thus restricting your awareness to only lower self-interest. My Energy is powerful however and is not meant to be focused in this way. When you think only of yourself you are like a light bulb that tries to hold all its light within it and quickly burns out.
When you focus you attention outward toward others knowing that I Am Them and that I Am You, then the walls of your consciousness clarify, are purified, and My Light shines forth from you unrestricted by limited egocentric awareness. My Flow expands and your capacity expands to handle My Life and you become My Eternal Flame.
Practicing being still is the other half of the equation toward increasing one’s purity and clarity. The mind and emotions are full of forms; thought forms, feeling forms. These are just as much form as physical form. Even thoughts of Me are forms. You can only see Me clearly when all form has been cleared away, for spirit is not form. Still, there is oneness, and all form and all spirit are part of one spectrum that I Am. At any time then, I Am At Hand, even in your filth. Your stillness, your kind and loving acts toward others purify and your resulting clarity, free of the illusion that form is all there is, will reveal Me.
Though purity and clarity are most importantly brought about through meditation and prayer, especially when it is in the service of others, you will find it difficult to meditate if there is a lack of physical purity in your life. If you sit down to meditate and you have not washed for a while your skin and scalp will itch. The dirt and grime cause you discomfort and call your attention back to the form, the body, and so diminish your ability to be aware of spirit. It is clear then, that it is helpful to have a clean body if you would be more effective in your meditation.
If you sit down to be still in meditation that I May be revealed to you and you have just filled your stomach full of good or bad food requiring a significant portion of the form’s energy to perform the processing of this physical sustenance how will you clear your mind of its preoccupation with the body? Better to eat sparingly of only what is pure and good food before attempting to approach Me in your awareness.
If your surroundings are constantly cluttered with extraneous stuff this draws energy from you in the form of attentiveness. An area sparse with little distraction is best for My approach.
I mean not to imply that the dirty, the poor diet, and the cluttered are not just as much of spirit (for all form is the clothing of spirit) as anything thing else and that meditation is not possible within these circumstances. Meditation is possible at all times, in all circumstance, and in fact I mean for you to become so aware of My Presence that you will be in meditation upon My Immutable Formlessness at all times, in every circumstance and with every person you meet, in total acceptance of what is before you so that I, your true Self, may express through Our form the True Nature of Our Being.
Many complain, however, that they cannot meditate because when they have tried their mind just wanders all over the place and they cannot sit still. They get antsy and have to stop and go do something. This is because of a lack of purity and a lack of practice.
If you would truly prepare yourself to meet Me, purify.
There is more to the form than the dense physical body however, and so there is more to purity than giving it the right food in the right amount, and keeping it clean and its surroundings uncluttered. There is the subtle energy aspect of the physical that surrounds and penetrates the denser form. How may you make and keep this aura pure that you cannot see or touch? Prayer, meditation and service are the answer once again. It is by sitting still in the silence that cleans the aura of its dross. A prayer offered for the direction of the mind toward spirit adds impetus for clarity, and selfless service for the good of others further removes dysfunction in the energy body from which your dense physical draws its likeness.
Regular vigorous exercise sustained long enough for the breath to become steady and rhythmic is also recommended. A spirited walk can be combined with meditation as a powerfully purifying practice.
Sleep, too, is a daily potent antidote to impurity. Without it your form would quickly perish from the lack of the regular removal that sleep provides of the psychic piles of refuse and waste that the focus on form quickly produces. So it is that you find that the best time of day to still the mind is first thing in the morning after a glass of pure water when the body and psyche are well rested and rejuvenated. Meditating just before sleeping also helps make the sleep state more effective. So also does meditation before eating make the digestive process more effective and the palette more under control and appreciative thus improving enjoyment of the process.
This is all because you have an emotional psyche body as well. Too much emphasis cannot be put on the importance of purifying the emotional form that You occupy. When the emotions are impure the emotional body occupies virtually all of your attention. Obscenities and hateful or hurtful speech issue forth from your voice which is controlled by your mind that is totally occupied and controlled by your emotional state. Outward violent actions may ensue, though the violence has already been done as soon as you think of judging another, let alone thinking hateful thoughts, let alone saying them allowed to another. It is as though you are possessed by an evil spirit! I need not go further into the stress and strain that the negative emotions put on a soul. You well know them. Extreme highs of glee and passion are also completely engrossing and not conducive to increasing your awareness of My Presence. Therefore, forgive quickly those whom you’ve perceived have trespassed against you, including your own transgressions, and seek Me not in the empty adrenaline rush.
If you would gain control of your passions and so calm your emotional body for meditation upon Me, seek not the thrills of form in order to excite yourself. Again, it is not that I Am not in all things including emotional extremes. I Am there too, but if you would learn to find Me in your awareness, you must seek Me first. All things will follow and you will know thrills beyond any fleeting happiness realized merely by the spectacle of form.
As you become better at holding yourself in stasis you will find more subtle forms of distraction that come with increased awareness of spirit. The mind is a sixth sense in this regard and can become preoccupied with a new found sensing ability. You can become lost in that as much as you are lost in the lower forms so if you would keep Me as the focus of your awareness, be still.
“Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God” said Jesus. I Am With you always but you cannot see Me if you are preoccupied with form. To be pure in heart is to be clear about your motives. Maitreya says be honest, be sincere, be detached to be Self-realized. This is what it is to be pure in heart. The Self-realized have seen Me and know Me to be their Self.
To be honest is to be pure. To be sincere is to be clear. To be detached is to not clutter oneself with form. Every form, regardless of what it is, is an adulteration, an impure, representation of spirit. Therefore make no graven images, placing them before Me, for I Am not there like I Am here within you. You Are My Image. Your neighbor is My Image. I Am In All and Am all, but You and Your Neighbor hold My Likeness like no other. To put anything before Me in You is to diminish, adulterate and obscure My Life in your awareness. Therefore be not occupied with your form, your neighbor’s form or any form, but be cognizant of My Presence within you and within all.
How am I to this when form is all I know, see and touch?
The commandment “make no graven image” means be still, meditate, quiet your self, purify. Form is all you know because you haven’t settled down your mind and emotions so that you can see clearly. Form – the graven image is a log in your eye.
Be patient with yourself. Enjoy life in form. It is there for You to use to express Me and experience Me while you discover My True Nature. No greater joy is there than the true expression in form of what You Are / I Am save one. That one is the absolute pure joy of seeing Me Naked of all form. There is no expression for this, for all expression is of form and I Am not that. I simply Am that I Am and nothing more may be said. This is why stillness, the “sound of silence”, pureness is the way to Me. You do not yet have the cognizance to see Me thus. You took form to independently freely cooperate with others to serve Our Essence and by so doing see, by intuitive understanding (the mind’s eye opened by spirit’s flow), Our Total Dominion over every expression in form by right of being not of it but of being both intrinsic and transcendent to it.
You just purchased a new, bigger and better, TV. A plethora of images cascade forth minute by minute drawing upon your attention. Meditate before you watch it that you may see through the form to Me. Meditate before you answer the phone. It is I on the other end. I Am in disguise everywhere you go. Still yourself constantly that you may have the clarity of consciousness and see Me as I Am in spite of the form that clothes Me and masks Me.
All forms are graven images. Enjoy them as you will, but mistake non of them for Me, including your ideas of what I am. I Am not that. I Am not any thing at all.
But I Am none the less all the more.
Only those who can see Me for what I Am enter My Kingdom. It is the only way. How can you enter something if you do not even understand what it is you have entered. If you have no understanding then you are not there. So, not everyone who says Lord, Lord and does works in my name will enter. If you hold fast that I am this and not that, that I am on your side and not theirs, that I favor your sect or denomination over another’s, that I am the God of your religion but not that of the other religions, that I am to bless your country but to bring chaos on another country, you do not know Me and are unable to enter. Understand, I would not disallow you, you simply don’t get it and are too blinded by form to allow Me to even take your hand and show you the doorway.
Therefore if your eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away; if your hand causes you to err, cut it off and rid yourself of it. Blow up you TV and take its pieces to the dump. I Am speaking figuratively. Your form is My Temple and includes what you surround yourself with. Take care of it, discipline it, purify it, use it wisely and avoid placing it before Me as though it were Me. Is a house of worship the church? Is the shrine that which it calls your attention to? Is the cross that which it symbolizes? Is the bread the body? Is the wine the blood? Is Jesus’ body and blood the Christ? Is scripture the Eternal Word of God? If you mistake a form for My Spirit, cut that form from your consciousness, it is not serving you. This is the meaning of the saying “if you see the Buddha on the road kill him”.
“Do not give to dogs what is holy; and do not throw your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under foot and turn to attack you.” You are inclined to do this most these days in front of the TV and in the malls of the world. It is your attention that is holy, your devotion that is sacred, your awareness that is the crown jewel of great price. Be watchful and guard them carefully purifying lest you squander the entire lot on short term egocentric satisfaction.

Orientation 2. Appreciation for and contentment with what is.
When you have oriented yourself toward purity and clarity, this second orientation is much easier to wear. Sublime contentment is the nature of the stilled mind and emotions. Appreciation for what is before you is the path to this contentment. Therefore enter into prayer with thanksgiving not just for the good things in your life but for all the challenges as well, for if it were not for these you would be weak, frail and lacking the ability to cope with unforeseen circumstances. You would lack a creative faculty, for it is the trials of the life in form that call out your capacity to creatively meet a perceived need. Be grateful then for all situations you find yourself in; for good or ill; for better or worse; even unto death; for death of the form is of no consequence to You/Me, Our True Self. Why then should any suffering of the form resulting in less then death cause any discontent? Be at peace with it all.
“Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called sons of God.”
Those who are content in all circumstances will have My Countenance. They make peace while others see only cause for war. Irritableness is a foreign concept, forgotten in My All Embracing Compassion in every event. My Ability to see through all forms presented to My Own Alive Awareness rests My Case and I Am Imperturbable and never cause harm. You, the peacemaker, are I In perfect contentedness with what is. You are My Beloved Son with whom I Am Well pleased.
Be completely unconcerned, therefore, with your welfare, with what you shall eat or drink, what you shall wear, where you will sleep, where you will live, where you will work, with your health, your age, your appearance. Let these things and matters of form be of no consequence for you live always in My Presence. I Am You. There is nothing you need do. Be content and I Will open the gates of compassion and they will flow through you in such transformative force that all your needs in form will be met with the greatest of ease.
I do not mean for you take what I say here as a reason to not be engaged in the securing of what is good and true and beautiful. All in form must put hand to mouth and eat of the fruit of form. Be engaged, but be unconcerned. Be thankful in all things; every challenge an opportunity for My Grace to manifest through Your response-able creative endeavor.
Nothing you need do means: still the lower self, the machinations of mind and emotion. Do this through the faculty of gratitude, appreciation, and contentment. I, your Higher Self will then be able to work through you by sending My Impulse. In wisdom then you can act and peace and compassion, My Love Expressed, is the result.
When someone asks for your money, give it to them. If they would take your coat on a cold day, let them have it and give them your shirt too. The boss wants you to work late with no overtime pay? Accept no extra pay at all for the extra labor. What an expression of grace that would be. What a transformative act.
I do not encourage you to allow unfair and unjust practices to go unchecked. I would have you seek out justice wherever you go. I would have you consider your tactics and allow the tact of My Love, My Peace, to do the work.
Therefore “honor your father and mother” means be content with your lot. Be content with your family. Do not rebel against those you find yourself in the presence of, but rather be My Wellspring of love and compassion bringing peace when conflict arises. In that peace does My Goodness abound, My Truth is made clear and My Beauty is revealed. It is on your face and in the place of former adversity.

Orientation 3. Intense inclination toward spiritual awareness and value.
Lean toward Me. Burn with aspiration for I Am. Awareness comes to you by way of your desire for it. If you desire it not than it will not manifest in your consciousness. You have free will. I will not force My Self upon you though in reality I Am All you have, for there is nothing else. I will allow you your delusion for as long as you like though I will continue to beckon to you to come closer to Me. I will continue to search for a way into your heart though you may shut Me out as long as you like. Lean inward toward Me and find your true Self.
Adopt My Dispositions and Orient yourself toward My Life and find that I Am You. I Am Your Reality, Your Power, Your Love, Your Goodness, Your Mercy. I Am Your Hope, Your Glory, Your Truth and Your Beautifulness. I Am Your Peace and Your Joy, Your Righteousness, Your Wellness, Your Warmth, Your Light. Lean in to Me and become in awareness what You truly are in spirit.
Let every new moment be eternal fulfillment of My Self in your awareness. Moment by moment you stretch out your empty hand and I grasp it and fill you with My Presence. I fill you with perfect peace. I fill you with new awareness of My Truth. I fill you with visions of My Glory. I fill you with hope for the future and grace for the present and forgiveness of the past. I fill you with goodness and wellness that bode well for healing the woes of the world.
Will you lean in toward Me; still your fears; quiet your anxious desire to control what you perceive as outside of yourself? An “empty hand” is the “narrow gate”, free of the delusion of form, by which you may enter into My Presence with your awareness. Here in lies your path to salvation from the delusion that you are separate from Me. Incline yourself toward Me and I will give you rest. My task and tact are Life and Light. Your idea of separation from Me is darkness and the burden of darkness is death.
Taking on form has temporarily caused you to forget your Self, Me. This is the wide gate, the easy way that most all trod and plod upon; easy because it requires no faith; difficult because it is painful and dissatisfying.
The narrow way is hard because it requires faith which is an uphill battle against the totalitarianism of form; easy because it satisfies the deep inner longing of the soul for its home in spirit.
Now remember Me and know your Self.
Does it seem like an impossible dream, you being Me? Remember You are not the form. I present a rainbow of spiritual value to you that appears elusive, ethereal. It seems that as you chase after it and grasp for it that it always departs from you or remains the same distance from you. It seems you can never reach its end for it always moves as you do. This is because you chase after it with the form as though that were You. It is not. The rainbow is You. You cannot perceive anything that is not You for I Am All. But when you perceive your body and think this is me and everything else is not me then you break the fundamental law of life that all is one. And so you are lost.
Chase the “rainbow” of God Consciousness not with your form but with your spirit and you will find a pot of “gold” at its end so precious that you will be willing to give up all identification with form to possess it. You will make yourself pure. Your will go through any trial. You will make any sacrifice. You will climb any mountain. You will swim any sea. You will brave any form of suffering. It is the reason you took form full knowing that you would suffer and “burn in hell” until you remembered again the truth of Your Being; that You are one with Me. Through the form now you make the ascent through a consciousness born in form that you may have the poignant understanding that only can come through the experience of being in form. You climb that mount and then are born again in spirit making an evolutionary leap by faith into an entirely new species that is beyond human.
Call it the fifth kingdom, for the Kingdom of Heaven is as great a departure from the forth or human kingdom as the human is a departure from the animal or third kingdom of nature. You will come to a point in awareness where you will no longer need to incarnate in the dense physical form and will continue on your journey to the divine through the higher kingdom. You will manifest as a type of being that is beyond human in the dense physical and very much more alive and dynamic with wider ranging sensory apparatus and control over your environment. You will have deeper, more intimate relationships and enhanced cooperation with your fellow inhabitants of this more spiritualized existence.
“Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” The righteous are those who have recognized that they are not the form and are living out that reality even while they remain in form. Those who are adamant that they are only form have no stomach to tolerate those who understand otherwise and so pointlessly attempt to prove their point by trying to make you uncomfortable and squirm in the form you occupy. Be that as it may you have realized the spirit within your Self and continue to be strengthened in your awareness until, born again in spirit, you are free of such perturbations and receive the Kingdom of Heaven. This is the salvation Jesus came to show you.
Lean into Me. “Keep the Sabbath” means take time from life in form to focus on spirit; to incline your self toward spiritual awareness and value. The Sabbath is the time you spend resting in My Grace, My Goodness, My Love. It is the time you spend in repose, keeping very still so that I May creep up close to your awareness and rub against heart. The Sabbath is the seventh day of creation. All this time, eons, have been spent in bringing form into being and dealing with the consequences. It has been a very long “week” and now is the time to rest and remember.
Devote all you have at your disposal to remembering who you are. Make it your task in every endeavor whether it is caring for your children or your spouse, your neighbor or your neighborhood, your city, your country, your enemy, your world. Thus it is that My Only Begotten saves His brothers and sisters from the destructive activity of those who would try to save themselves through attachment to form. They but need to incline themselves to Me, stretch out their empty hand and not look back.
